Shipping policy

All footwear orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days; expedited shipping arrives in 2–4 business days after dispatch. Once shipped, you will get an email with tracking information to monitor your shoe parcel. International shipments may incur customs duties and local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for support.
